ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading the XSCORO mobile application, registering an account, or using any service on the XSCORO website (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and XSCORO Sports Technology Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, with its registered office at Plot 14, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, New Delhi – 110034.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years of age to create a free XSCORO account
Users under 18 years require parental or guardian consent to use paid features including entry fees, prize participation, and wallet top-ups
You must have legal capacity to enter into contracts under Indian law
You must not be barred from using the Platform under any applicable laws
If registering on behalf of a company or organization, you must have authority to bind that entity

USER ACCOUNTS

Each user may register one account only. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or gain unfair platform advantages is prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
You must promptly update your information if it changes
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account
You must notify us immediately at support@xscoro.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

XSCORO reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be impersonating other users, providing false information, or engaging in fraudulent activity — without prior notice.

MATCH CREATION & PARTICIPATION

Organizers creating matches on XSCORO agree to the following responsibilities:

All match details including sport, format, ground, date, and entry fee must be accurate at time of publication
Organizers are responsible for securing ground bookings independently or through the XSCORO platform
Match cancellations must be initiated at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time to qualify for automated player refunds
Organizers must submit final match results within 24 hours of match completion
Prize distributions described at match creation must be honored. False prize descriptions may result in account suspension

Players joining matches confirm that they are physically fit to participate and acknowledge that XSCORO bears no liability for sports-related injuries during matches.

PAYMENTS, FEES & REFUNDS

XSCORO collects a platform commission of 5–10% on all entry fees processed through the Platform. This commission is deducted before prize pool calculation and is non-refundable.

Entry Fee Refunds: Full refund (minus platform commission) if match is cancelled by organizer before the cutoff time
No-Show Policy: Players who join and pay but do not attend receive no automatic refund. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of match end
Wallet Withdrawals: In-app wallet balances can be withdrawn to a verified UPI ID or bank account within 3–5 business days
Failed Payments: If a payment fails after amount is debited, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days
Dispute Resolution: Payment disputes must be raised at support@xscoro.in within 7 days of the transaction

⚠️

XSCORO is not liable for disputes between organizers and players regarding cash prizes distributed outside the platform's digital prize system.

GROUND OWNER OBLIGATIONS

Ground owners listing venues on XSCORO agree to:

Provide accurate information about facilities, pricing, and availability
Honor all confirmed bookings and notify XSCORO immediately of unavailability
Maintain the listed facilities in the described condition
Not discriminate against users based on religion, caste, gender, or any protected characteristic
Comply with all applicable local authority permissions and regulations for operating a sports facility

XSCORO reserves the right to remove any ground listing that receives consistent negative reviews, violates our policies, or is found to misrepresent its facilities.

USER CONDUCT

All users of the XSCORO Platform are strictly prohibited from:

Harassing, abusing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
Manipulating match results, falsifying scores, or cheating in any form
Creating fake accounts, fake grounds, or fake matches
Using the Platform for gambling, wagering, or any illegal activity
Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform
Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from XSCORO
Posting offensive, defamatory, or false content in reviews or match descriptions
Circumventing entry fees or prize distribution systems

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the XSCORO Platform — including the XSCORO name, logo, visual design, software, scorecards, statistics algorithms, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of XSCORO Sports Technology Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and IP laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any XSCORO content without express written permission.

By posting content on XSCORO (e.g., match photos, reviews), you grant XSCORO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform's services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

XSCORO is a technology platform that facilitates sports event organization. We are not responsible for the conduct of organizers, players, or ground owners
XSCORO does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of any ground listed on the Platform
We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in sports activities organized through XSCORO
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to XSCORO in the 3 months preceding the claim

⚠️

XSCORO strongly recommends that all match organizers and ground owners carry appropriate sports liability insurance. XSCORO does not provide insurance of any kind.

TERMINATION

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion:

Your profile, match history, and stats will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Any remaining wallet balance must be withdrawn before deletion
Pending match registrations will be automatically cancelled with appropriate refunds

XSCORO may suspend or terminate your account without notice for material violations of these Terms. You may appeal a suspension by contacting support@xscoro.in within 14 days.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

Before initiating legal action, users agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting legal@xscoro.in. XSCORO will respond to formal legal notices within 30 days.

Amendments: XSCORO reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
